Shipping & Returns

Damages in Transit
Should an item arrive damaged, please notify us within three (3) days of delivery at contact@grandlaos.com, including clear photographs and a brief description of the issue. All claims are reviewed with care; once damage is verified, return shipping costs will be covered by the shipper. Returned pieces must be sent in their original packaging and condition.
Returns and Exchanges
As each piece is carefully documented and handled with precision, returns are accepted solely in cases of confirmed transport damage. Exchanges or refunds cannot be offered for reasons of personal preference.
